Grants of up to £2,500 are available for small community groups and local charities across England, Scotland, and Wales for projects that help reduce isolation and loneliness, promote group activities, and generally improve mobility and quality of life for older people and adults with physical, learning, or mental disabilities.

Lloyd's Bank Foundation for England and Wales is inviting applications from local collaborations or partnerships led by charities or CIOs registered with the Charity Commission, who have an annual income of between £25,000 and £1 million, and who operate mainly in England and Wales.
