About the Role
The purpose of the SEA (Sapphire Employability Academy) Mentoring Pack is to provide structured guidance and support to young people to help them achieve their career goals and improve their employability skills. It aims to increase their independence, abilities, and freedom to thrive while reducing unemployment, mental health issues, crime rates, and homelessness. The mentoring pack facilitates the matching of mentors and mentees based on skills and experience, offering resources and guidelines to ensure a productive and impactful mentoring relationship.

Due to great interest in our Theory of Change webinar earlier this year, Resurgo has just launched a series of online training workshops to equip charity teams to multiply their social impact.
The first one, Learning and Leading for Impact on 18 July, will look at how we can use outcomes data to strengthen our impact for the people that we serve.

Join Anton Mirto for a series of six creative research workshops near Ladbroke Grove to collaboratively generate ideas for an experimental film. These workshops will explore themes of protection, vulnerability, trust, and letting go through impulse, improvisation, body memory, movement, and play.
Increase your sense of self, sensory awareness, and belonging while experimenting with ideas and styles for the film. No previous experience is necessary, and the workshops are free and open to all.
