About the Role

Main duties & responsibilities:
HR Manager:
• Oversee Recruitment, Training, and Development Programs:
o Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
o Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and modify programs as necessary.
• Manage Employee Relations and Performance:
o Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
o Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
o Develop and implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure Compliance with Labor Laws and Company Policies:
o Stay updated with current labor laws and ensure the company’s HR policies comply.
o Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal standards.
o Provide guidance to management on HR-related legal and compliance issues.
Finance Manager:
• Assist in Budget Planning and Financial Analysis:
o Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
o Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
o Prepare detailed financial reports and present findings to senior management.
• Manage Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting:
o Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
o Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
o Coordinate external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Support Financial Decision-Making Processes:
o Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
o Develop financial models to evaluate potential investments and business opportunities.
o Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.

Digital Marketer:
• Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
o Create comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
o Develop content marketing strategies, including blogs, newsletters, and white papers.
o Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to enhance online visibility.
• Manage Social Media Accounts and Online Presence:
o Oversee the company’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
o Create engaging content for social media platforms and monitor user engagement.
o Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels.
• Analyze Marketing Data and Metrics to Optimize Campaigns:
o Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
o Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
o Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective marketing strategies.
Business Manager:
• Oversee Daily Business Operations and Ensure Efficiency:
o Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning.

o Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement Business Strategies and Improve Processes:
o Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
