NHS North West London is proposing changes to improve adult community specialist palliative care services for people with serious or life-limiting illnesses.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) gives most of its old IT gear to charities like the Good Things Foundation. But now, we’ve found some extra tech that can go to local organisations.

The London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI) warmly invites VCSE organisations working directly with communities or in social care to their design sprints, aimed at bringing innovations to health and social care for Londoners.

According to local health data, approximately 10-15% of the population aged 65 and above in north west London are living with moderate to severe frailty. This equates to roughly 160,000 individuals who require comprehensive and proactive care.

Whatever kind of experience residents have had with NHS services or staff, they would love to hear from those who have used the NHS 111 or Out-of-Hours Service. 

The NHS are asking residents to give feedback on any improvements, concerns, or compliments.
