The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Community Safety team are pleased to announce that the ‘It Takes A Village’ Grant Fund 24-26 is now open. Organisations can apply for medium sized grants to support local responses to youth violence prevention in North Kensington.
The grant opportunity is targeted at organisations that are already working with children and young people (CYP) affected by violence and exploitation but fall below the threshold of specialist high harm services.
Projects can be delivered over 18 months from October 2024 where they must meet the criteria and can apply for up to £14k in year 1 and £28k in year 2.
Only 1 proposal per organisation is permitted.
Organisations should reflect the engagement of CYP in the application process to identify need and the support young people would like to be delivered to them.
