Thrive Tribe deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier. From December 2023 Thrive Tribe will begin to deliver the Heathier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme throughout North and South London. Thrive Tribe are looking for a team of passionate Health Coaches (or Diabetes Prevention Practitioners) to join them!
They are currently looking to recruit 5 new health coaches to work within the service. Given the diversity of their London boroughs, they would ideally like to find people from the local community, in particular those who speak additional languages and who will make their future patients feel most comfortable.
Thrive Tribe are currently looking for 3 language-specific roles and 2 other health coach roles:
- Health Coach (Polish Speaking)
- Health Coach (Tamil Speaking)
- Health Coach (Spanish Speaking)
- Health Coach (Part-time role for South East London)
- Health Coach
