Westway Trust is looking for dedicated and reliable experienced Cleaning Operative to provide supervised access to the new public toilets located on Acklam Road, next to Portobello Market. The primary responsibility of the Cleaning Operative will be to ensure the facility and its surroundings are maintained to a high standard, checked regularly and kept clean, secure and inviting to users at all times.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Westway Trust as an Adult Learning Tutor - Digital Skills.

Westway Trust is a community-guided organisation located in North Kensington which runs an adult learning programme of accredited and non-accredited provision across a range of subjects. We aim to enable people to progress in work, in learning and in life. Our learners come from a variety of backgrounds and have different prior experiences of learning.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Westway Trust as an Adult Learning Tutor (ESOL)- a community-guided organisation, with an ambitious and exciting vision, in the heart of Portobello, West London.

Location: Hybrid working at our office at the Beethoven Centre and from home

Salary: £9,000 pa (£45,000 FTE)

Contract: Permanent

Notice period: One month and then three months after successful completion of 6 month probation

Hours: 7.5 per week

Reporting to: Chief Executive

Responsible for: Finance Officer

Holiday: 25 days per annum pro-rata

Start Date: As soon as practicable

Join Carers Network to be part of our well-established Information, Advice and Guidance team and work providing unpaid adult carers with support on a variety of subjects such as carers’ rights and entitlements, basic welfare benefits information, making sense of forms and paperwork, or accessing support for the person they look after.

You will also be a very organised individual, great at administration and have excellent IT skills. We are keen to attract former carers to join our team.

Join Carers Network to be part of our Casework team and work providing unpaid carers with support, by providing a confidential listening ear and one-to-one information and advice.

This will include carrying out carers assessments and creating individual support plans, tailored to each carer's needs. They will also develop excellent working relationships with partner organisations, to raise awareness of carers’ rights and needs.

Managed by the Men’s Space Programme Coordinator, this important role at Open Age will help older men improve their health & wellbeing with a dedicated group activity programme.
