About the Role:
Located at 306 Kensal Road, the Arts Sector Employment Coach at PiP will play a pivotal role in supporting twelve young individuals aged 18 to 30 with SEND as they navigate the recruitment and induction processes within the Arts sector. Responsibilities will include direct engagement with the participants, their support networks, and arts organizations, while also serving as a vocal advocate for the project and its profound impact.
