Submitted by Fenn Reynolds on

Enterprise Evolution: Strengthening Abilities is a FREE entrepreneurship programme valued at over £2,000 per person. Run by the Portobello Business Centre, this programme is designed to empower individuals with disabilities, including physical, learning, cognitive and developmental conditions, to start and grow their own businesses.

Over 8 weeks, participants will receive guidance from expert instructors across crucial aspects of entrepreneurship, from developing a business idea to mastering financial planning, understanding the legal requirements of setting up a company, developing a brand and growing an online presence. By the end of the programme, all participants will have the foundations of a business plan from which to launch their business.

The programme offers a prize of £500-£3,000 for up to three of the most impressive business ideas. Additionally, all participants will have free access to 9 months of one-to-one support from our business advisors, and 12 months of access to expert events following completion of the programme, ensuring they have the ongoing guidance and resources needed to grow their ventures.

Enterprise Evolution: Strengthening Abilities is open to residents registered as living in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea who are 18 years or older. This programme is designed for those at the idea development stage or those who have recently started a business.
