Operations Manager

This exciting new role is perfect for a candidate who is a self-starter and who keen to make an immediate impact, through a combination of:

• Supporting the expansion and transformation of our client advice services by ensuring operational service procedures are established, embedded and monitored.

• To manage and drive improvement of operational processes using KPIs and client data, ensuring targets are met and plans in place to address gaps.

• Exploring, implementing and enabling office and remote-working modernisations, including supporting senior members of the operational team to implement business innovations around remote-working software, HR systems, and integration of AI into our work.

• Alleviating administrative burdens so far as possible on our team delivering advice to clients, helping us to make an even greater impact on our community.

• Contributing to the design and development of robust policies that relate to office and outreach coordination, HR support and finance.

• Supporting our supervisory team in the day-to-day management of people and relevant office administration duties.

• Maintaining and developing office resources, including our office manual, IT equipment, and shared online and offline documents.

• Supporting the trustee board and senior members of the operational team in the delivery of their strategic goals and day-to-day administration.

Contract type: Permanent.
