Kensington and Chelsea are recruiting a ‘Local Area Coordinator’ to be based in the Chelsea Riverside area to ‘walk alongside’ people to help them find sustainable (often non-service based) solutions to concerns and challenges they might have such as health, disability, self-neglect and ageing, whilst also promoting inclusive connected communities.
