Level 2 Certificate in Adult Health and Social Care SWAP Programme with Guaranteed Interviews with Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust starting Monday 20 January 2025

The Programme provides a gateway for learners looking to work within an admin adult health and social care environment. The programme looks to improve employability skills and get learners ready to start their career within the NHS

Peabody are currently working in partnership with Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust to support their recruitment of Admin Bank Staff. 

For Admin Staff roles learners must have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook )
  • Minimum Level 1 in literacy /numeracy
  • Experience of dealing with complex telephone calls 

While attending the programme learners have access to:

  • Employability Support
  • Interview skills practice.
  • Knowledge of employee rights and responsibilities
  • General Employment opportunities within Health and Social Care
  • Support with drafting a CV based on template as suggested by Chel West recruitment team 
  • Meeting Recruitment Team from Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust with guaranteed job interviews
  • Mental Health Awareness /First Aid Advocacy

Deadline for referrals for this cohort is Wednesday 15 January 2025.

Course Duration: 4 weeks and 2 days                                                                                                          

Eligibility: Aged 19 plus , London resident, low income or in receipt of out of work benefit with Right to work in UK and minimum 12 months right to stay in UK.

Delivery days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Timings: 10am – 2:30pm 

All participants would need to attend all dates of delivery to successfully complete the programme and have a guaranteed job interview.
