Groundwork Eco-Fit skills training

Groundwork's free 5-week course provides practical training in wildlife conservation and horticulture skills. Activities are specifically for adults with mental health issues, long term health conditions, physical or learning disabilities.  It's an opportunity for people to learn new skills, enjoy nature and meet other people, all led by an expert gardener.

The course is free and open to residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.

The next course starts Wednesday 16 April and runs for 5 Wednesdays in total. This course will be based in Holland Park every Wednesday from 10 am - 12:30pm.  Groundwork deliver in dedicated spaces within the Park and work closely with the Park's Ecology Service.
