This exciting role is perfect for a self-starter who is ready to make the role their own, and keen to make an immediate impact, through a combination of:
- Supporting the expansion and transformation of our client advice services by ensuring operational service procedures are established, embedded and monitored.
- Exploring, implementing and enabling office and remote-working modernisations, including supporting senior members of the operational team to implement business innovations around remote-working software, HR systems, and integration of AI into our work.
- Alleviating administrative burdens so far as possible on our team delivering advice to clients, helping us to make an even greater impact on our community.
- Contributing to the design and development of robust policies that relate to office and outreach coordination, HR support and finance.
- Supporting our supervisory team in the day-to-day management of people and relevant office administration duties.
- Maintaining and developing office resources, including our office manual, IT equipment, and shared online and offline documents.
- Supporting the trustee board and senior members of the operational team in the delivery of their strategic goals and day-to-day administration.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required as we diversify services.
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Hybrid, office-based and remote working. Our office is in Chelsea Old Town Hall (SW3) but the post-holder may be required to work anywhere in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea across our various outreach locations.
