Vicki supports all aspects of KCSC’s functions and services, aligning strategic and operational priorities.
She is strategic lead for service delivery in Organisational Development and Health & Wellbeing, as well as having responsibility for all internal central functions including HR, Finance, IT, Communications and aspects of governance.
Vicki chairs some of KCSC’s thematic forums and represents the VCS on several strategic cross-sector boards and working groups.
