The East and North London Hubs mobility advice service is supported by the Department of Transport and can provide tailored, bespoke advice and information to disabled and older people who can not or do not wish to drive and need assistance with accessible transport options.
The service can support individuals living in Kensington and Chelsea with travel planning and advice to build confidence, retain mobility and to access community support and activities. This helps to reduce the isolation that occurs when individuals are unable to travel independently and improves health and wellbeing.
