We recruit and train volunteers who are usually parents themselves to visit families in their home once a week for a 2 hours to offer them informal, friendly and confidential support. The volunteers' aim to build a trusting relationship with the families to help them process their experiences, and support and encourage them to access specialist services where appropriate.
