VCS Senior Managers Peer Network

To build upon the success of our CEO Peer Network, KCSC is launching this new network for senior managers. These will typically be individuals in Director or Head of roles, supporting CEO roles. The objectives of the group are as follows:

1. To facilitate peer networking for the mutual benefit of its members and to ensure an effective two-way flow of communication.
2. Bring VCS senior managers together to share, learn and act.
3. To create a knowledgeable sector, informed by best practice and peer learning.
4. To support voluntary and community organisations to be well run and sustainable with strong infrastructure, delivering impactful outcomes for their communities.

Facilitated by our Director of Operations, Vicki Harrison-Carr, it is proposed that the sessions will initially run quarterly. The frequency will be reviewed and determined by members. 

This meeting is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
