It is a challenging time for the charity sector. The widely reported trend of an increased demand for services, coupled with income flat lining at best and decreasing for many, shows no signs of slowing.
This course will provide charity and voluntary sector leaders with an understanding of:
- The importance of strategic planning to support sustainability
- Considerations when diversifying income – balancing risk, return on investment and timescales
- Identifying opportunities and areas for growth that will have a best fit for their organisation
- Key principles for trustees
- Tips, tools and insights from other charity leaders
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
Cancellation and Full Attendance
Attendees who fail to show up or do not attend the full session without notifying us at least 3 days in advance of the event start time in writing or by email are liable to be charged a cancellation fee of £30.
