In our continuous effort to improve our services and ensure a fair and consistent experience for all participants, we are making important updates to our training booking policy. Effective from 1 November 2023, the following rule will be applied in the case of consecutive no-shows:
- If, on consecutive occasions, a registrant arrives late, leaves early or fails to attend without providing prior notice at least 3 working days in advance of an event start time, a temporary bar will be enforced on their organisation for a period of 6 months.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions to these policies will be made at our discretion in genuine cases of emergency.
