This initial survey has been produced to gauge salary scales paid at the local level, to support the sector in understanding whether appropriate salary levels are being set. The survey is anonymous and results will be shared following the deadline.
The survey was initially sent out earlier this year, but we need more organisations to complete it.
Not every role may be captured but if you are able to, provide information where you can that will help build a local picture. In the future, we will also send out a supplier survey to assess how much we pay individually for overheads.
The Salary Benchmarking Survey deadline is Friday 4 October.
