Health and care services are undergoing a rapid transformation. The trend towards more integrated care will continue, with an increasing role for prevention. Health and Social Care services will also be more closely integrated and there will be more focus on the need for radical change to achieve greater efficiency and cost-savings.
Voluntary and community organisations which provide health and wellbeing services are adapting to the new environment. KCSC’s Transformation programme, funded by West London CCG, launched in 2017 and has brought together the local voluntary and community sector (VCS) and key statutory sector colleagues (from the NHS, RBKC Council and Public Health) to develop a plan for the future.

Community Health West London (CHWL)
CHWL is a Community Interest Company set up by and for voluntary and community organisations in RBKC and the wider West London CCG area as a vehicle for taking on larger contracts. We are now actively seeking to engage with commissioners and large providers of NHS and community-based services to discuss opportunities for joined-up services with the voluntary and community sector.
