About the Facilitator:
Amelia Mustapha has extensive experience working in mental health across Europe and the UK. She has run SMART London, a person-centred mental health charity based in Chelsea, for the last 17 years. With a CV that spans bar-tending and delivering crisis interventions to developing clinical guidelines, information and policy, Amelia has developed this training to be both practical and evidence-based.
Participants can expect an interactive, trauma-informed session in a friendly and judgement-free learning environment.
Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that only one staff member or volunteer from each organisations attends, so recommend sending someone who is confident to cascade the learning among your teams.
This training is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
