Meet the Funder Session with Young K&C: Youth Empowerment Grant Programme

Join us and Young K&C online to hear about the Youth Empowerment Grant Programme (2025-2030).

Young K&C has developed the programme in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and John Lyon’s Charity.

Their vision for youth and play services is to deliver even higher quality services and provide more opportunities that result in positive outcomes for children and young people across the borough.  The aim is to build strength into the voluntary and community services through financial contribution to services, capacity building support and partnership development.

Applications are open to three grants:

  • Strengthening the Sector: Main Grants for larger scale delivery of play and youth services
  • Strengthening the Sector: Small Grants for smaller scale delivery of play and youth services (grants of up to £10,000)
  • Making Space for inclusion of disabled young people (grants of up to £40,000)

This Meet the Funder will talk organisations through the eligibility requirements, application process and priorities of the grants. The session will provide guidance and the opportunity for organisations to ask questions about the upcoming grants.

The grants and this event are open to registered charities and CICs delivering services to 6-19 year olds (up to 25 for organisations working with SEND young people) within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Organisations who fit this description and are looking to apply are strongly encouraged to attend.

This event is for registered charities and CICs and is not open to members of the public.
