Lucy supports community-based organisations and the residents they champion to devise and implement holistic, sustainable approaches to addressing deprivation and its root causes.
Lucy co-ordinates the K&C Food and Advice Network, a partnership of local food providers exploring ways to provide food insecurity interventions that go beyond hand-outs. She facilitates peer support and delivers training and consultation services. She listens carefully and carries out research, to ensure that the experiences and insights of local communities inform how the Voluntary & Community and Statutory Sectors support residents of the borough experiencing hardship.
