KCSC sends heartfelt sympathy to the Moroccan community
We have all heard the devastating news of the earthquake in Morocco. Over the coming days and weeks there will be lots of activity locally and across London to aid the effort of providing emergency support. Al-Hasaniya Moroccan Women’s Centre is one such local organisation alongside many others that are mobilising quickly to provide support.
North Kensington Resource Centre on Lancaster West will be open until 6pm TODAY (Tuesday) to act as a space for residents affected by the earthquake. There will be someone from NHS present from 2pm to offer support to residents. They will also have a member of staff on-hand from LWNT team throughout the day.
Please share with your neighbours. Thank you.
When possible KCSC will provide further information on co-ordinated efforts as we receive it.
