Brilliant New Training Opportunity - time running out to register
KCSC is pleased to be assisting a great new local initiative intent on increasing the talent within our communities to engage in community development and empowerment.

On Tuesday I emailed everyone about some training being organised in the North Kensington area. A number of people have already expressed interest in attending. The first session is on Saturday so time is fast running out to let me know you wish to attend. Saturday's session is a gateway to four further sessions in April which are intended to build a solid foundation to community development and engagement. There will be further events later down the line.
The training is by "Community Organisers" a national, non-profit membership body and training organisation for community organising in England.
We are looking at enlisting as many as 25 community members, these can be residents of North Kensington only or those who live and work in North Ken for charities, C.I.C's or campaigns.
We are particularly interested in people who want to play a greater role in building North Ken's future as well as those who are already involved in local charities, live in the area and want to play a greater role themselves in their community.
