Training
We offer advice on your organisation's training needs and signpost you to training from other organisations.
We can also offer low cost in-house training, tailored to the needs of staff, trustees and volunteers working for voluntary and community organisations that offer services to Kensington & Chelsea residents.
If you would like to discuss your training needs please contact our Development Officer for Capacity Building Siobhan Sollis.

Training Needs Analysis
Would you like us to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for your local voluntary and community organisation?
A TNA is a review of the learning and development needs of staff, volunteers and trustees in your organisation. It is a vital process as it helps you:
- identify your capacity, the skills and knowledge you need
- improve your performance and deliver your mission and strategic objectives
- develop appropriate and cost effective training programme for your staff and volunteers
- improve your recruitment process and
- increase job satisfaction and staff productivity.
Organisational TNA's are undertaken at 3 levels:
- organisational,
- team and
- individual level.
A variety of methods are used to identify learning needs such as: analysing existing plans and strategies, questionnaires, one-to-one interviews and focus groups.
