Voluntary Organisations Forums
Voluntary Organisations Forum (VOF) meetings are held on a quarterly basis and are open to all staff, trustees and volunteers working in the local voluntary sector.
Click on the green arrows below for further details of the work of each VOF including details of upcoming meetings.
The VOF meetings are convened by Kensington & Chelsea Social Council, providing attendee an opportunity to:
- meet decision makers and influence policy decisions
- get inside news and expert views from speakers
- learn about funding opportunities, training and resources
- meet other people and organisations
The Main VOF which is supported by three sub-VOFs feeds into the Kensington & Chelsea Partnership, the strategic group for the borough.
REVIEW: KCSC review of the voluntary organisations forums
Over the coming months, KCSC is to undertake a review of the thematic voluntary organisations forums (VOFs) through a series of informal lunch meetings.
The sessions, to be held at KCSC’s offices in Lancaster Road, will last no longer than an hour and a half and will involve a small selection of organisations. We are particularly keen to hear from organisations that do not usually attend forum meetings.
We want to hear how people think the forums currently work (or not) and how these can be improved. If you are interested in taking part in the process contact debi@kcsc.org.uk.
