In honour of Mental Health Awareness Week, join Nova for a Walk & Talk as part of the #MomentsForMovement campaign ☀️ 

You'll be strolling to Kensington Memorial Park for some fresh air and conversation during your lunch break. Open to all, so grab a friend, family member, or colleague! 

Meet at Nova's office (address below) at 11:45am to walk down together.

The walk will be approximately 1 hour, but you are welcome to stay longer with us as the conversation flows!

Featuring an array of engaging activities, these 45-minute workshops are open to all children and families, but particularly well-suited to youngsters aged 2-7. The event is free, but booking is required to secure your spot.
